Waterland Brewery BV delivery terms

1. General
These terms of delivery apply to all products sold via the Waterland Brewery BV webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Waterland Brewery is located in the Netherlands and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 91126185. Our VAT number is 865559697B01.

2. Products

Waterland Brewery BV sells beers and gift boxes with beers, among other things. You must be 18 or older to place an order. Valid ID may be requested upon delivery.

3. Prices

All prices in the webshop include VAT, exclude a deposit (0.15 euro per can for cans) and exclude shipping costs. The deposit amount and shipping costs are clearly stated before you complete your order.

4. Order and Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email containing an overview of the order, the costs and the estimated delivery time.

5. Payment

Payment can be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop, such as iDeal, credit card and other common payment options. Payments must be made in advance.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery method and restrictions

  • Delivery takes place via our logistics partners.
  • We only deliver within the Netherlands. For international shipping, please contact us at sales@waterlandbrewery.com

6.2 Sustainability
We strive to make our packaging sustainable. Our boxes are recyclable, and we encourage customers to recycle packaging correctly according to their region's guidelines.

6.3 Delivery time
We aim to ship your order within 2 business days after payment. If a product is out of stock, you will be notified.

6.4 Responsibility in case of delay or damage

Waterland Brewery BV is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Nor are we liable for damage to products that occurred during transport by the carrier. If you receive damaged products, please contact the carrier immediately and inform us at sales@waterlandbrewey.com.

7. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the order. These costs are clearly stated during the checkout process.

8. Returns and Cancellations

8.1 General

  • Due to the nature of our products (food), opened packaging cannot be returned.
  • Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

8.2 Gift boxes
Gift boxes are put together based on availability. If a specific product is unavailable, we reserve the right to include a similar product.

9. Discount Codes and Promotions

  • Discount codes can only be used once per customer unless stated otherwise.
  • Discount codes are not valid in combination with other promotions.
  • Promotions are limited and subject to availability.

10. Complaints and Warranty

If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact sales@waterlandbrewery.com. We aim to deal with your complaint within 5 working days.

11. Age Verification and Alcohol Policy

  • Upon receipt of the order, you may be asked for a valid ID to verify that you are 18 years of age or older.
  • Waterland Brewery is not responsible for the misuse of alcohol. Enjoy, but drink in moderation.

12. Reviews and Feedback

By leaving a review, you give Waterland Brewery permission to use it for promotional purposes.

13. Amendment to the Terms

Waterland Brewery reserves the right to change these terms of delivery. We recommend that you check the terms and conditions on our website regularly.
